Obsidian NX-K Overview

Obsidian‘s ONYX lighting control platform goes mobile with the NX K USB ONYX Control Surface. A full-featured keypad with lighting command keys and four encoders, it can be linked to your other ONYX consoles for expanded utility or for driving your light show with a PC and the included ONYX Nova+ software license. Quick setup via a single USB-B cable makes it simple to travel from venue to venue without sacrificing the power of the ONYX system.
Compact Control
The NX K maintains full ONYX functionality in a hassle-free portable package. The USB-B port doubles as data and power input, preventing unnecessary cable clutter. Though compact the control surface sports a full numerical keypad and command keys specifically designed for use with the ONYX ecosystem. Four adjustable encoders with push-button functionality and LED feedback round out this robust yet manageable interface.

The ONYX system from Obsidian offers a scalable lighting control platform that provides the same set of features across hardware interfaces and supports up to 128 DMX universes connected via Art-Net or sACN. Combine the NX K with other physical controllers or a PC with the included ONYX Nova+ software license. The magnetic alignment system on either side of the controller seamlessly slots into other ONYX control surfaces, such as the NX1, NXP, or NX Touch (available separately).
