Back in October of 2016, the fashion and clothing company LuLaRoe threw it back to the 90s during their Fall leadership conference, “By Design”, for their consultants. We, Props AV, provided all of the lighting and audio visual installation for their 90s themed Throwback Grad Nite Kick Off Party. The party was held inside the gym of Anaheim's Canyon Hills High School, which is where we transformed the space from a normal gym into a totally radical party. Nostalgia filled the air as LuLaRoe’s leadership consultants walked through the halls of Canyon Hills High School and entered the festivities of the night. Before arriving in the gym, everyone walked through the outside quad which we decked out with white furniture, glowing cocktail tables, market lights and hundreds of battery powered Eternal Lighting MK2 EchoIcons. Not only did we, Props AV, provide the lighting and audio for the events, but we also helped LuLaRoe find and book the perfect venues for their kick off party, conference and closing party. The kick off party was held at the Disneyland Hotel and this is where Piff The Magic Dragon put on a special performance for the leadership consultants. By using low line fog and magical graphics with projection mapping, we were able to enhance the magic of Piff’s performance. Just like the kick off party, LuLaRoe’s “Be the Magic” leadership conference was also held at the Disneyland Hotel and we used state of the art sound systems and projection mapping to array the magic [...]

Back in January of 2017, the fashion and clothing company LuLaRoe held their first of the year leadership conference, “Be the Light”, for their consultants. Not only did we, Props AV, provide lighting and audio event installation, but we also helped LuLaRoe find and book the perfect venues for their conference and closing party. This Leadership Conference It was focused around light and being an example to those around you. The conference was held inside the Riverside Convention Center, which provided a main conference room and five breakout rooms for the event. Inside the main conference room, we assembled and hung two 8k projectors that projected images onto two 16:9 projection screens. JBL VRX Line Array Speakers emitted crisp and clear audio which amplified throughout the room during the presentations of the conference.
